Unable to access Shasta Connect to send messages

I cannot access Shasta Connect/Regroup via the portal to send out an emergency message, what do I do?


Regroup clients have the ability to call in if the portal is unavailable to post or send a message. 

If you are unable to post a message through the portal interface or mobile application for any reason, call the Regroup 24/7 support line at 415-413-0072 and they will be able to post a message to the groups for you.
