How to access the Pro version of Zoom for a SC employee

You can access Zoom via our Portal at my.shastacollege.edu - click on the Shasta Zoom icon.

The system will send you an email to confirm your account, you must confirm it to begin using Zoom at Shasta College.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your Junk folder.

Also, very important - if you have a zoom.us account already and it is using your SC email account, it will never send you the email. Zoom does not allow you to use your email address for two accounts. You must go into you zoom.us account and change your email to your personal email address. Then you will need to request to confirm your email again via our Shasta Zoom tile under the Portal.
