Zoom is Unable to Connect

Zoom is giving me the following error message "It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network connection and try again."

To resolve this issue open Zoom and click the SSO option. Make sure it reads "shastacollege-edu". Click continue. After that, you should be able to open Zoom without issue.
