This error is caused in Canvas when using a web browser that has previously been signed in with a personal Office 365 or Microsoft connected account. Typically in this situation, when you click on the Office 365 link in Canvas, there will be another Sign-in Prompt Microsoft prompt with the option to "Choose Another Account" near the bottom of the prompt. You will need to click the "Choose Another Account" button at the login prompt. A field will appear to enter your username in email format. You must enter your Shasta College portal username in the following format: j.smith@students.shastacollege.edu **Note - it is students.shastacollege.edu and not student After adding the @students.shastacollege.edu to your portal username, when you click next or login, the Microsoft prompt will turn into a regular Shasta College portal prompt and you can log in normally with your portal username. Once you do log in with your portal username, it should take you to the Canvas Office 365 area. How to Sync OneDrive with a File or Folder
With OneDrive, you can sync files between your computer and the cloud, so you can get to your files from anywhere - your computer, your mobile device, and even through the OneDrive website at OneDrive.com. If you add, change, or delete a file or folder in your OneDrive folder, the file or folder is added, changed, or deleted on the OneDrive website and vice versa. You can work with your synced files directly in File Explorer and access your files even when you’re offline. Whenever you’re online, any changes that you or others make will sync automatically. If you have a file, folder or many folders that you would like to sync with OneDrive, here is a quick tutorial on how to perform the setup: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/sync-files-with-onedrive-in-windows-615391c4-2bd3-4aae-a42a-858262e42a49
