How do I log into MyShasta?
The first time you log in to the Shasta Portal you will work through a series of steps to setup your account. Once you have performed the security steps, you will be directed to your Shasta Portal apps. MyShasta will be in your apps. To login you will need the following information: You must know your Shasta College Username (staff format has no numbers: jsmith@shastacollege.edu) If you do not know your username, please refer to the Welcome Letter you received during your onboarding. You must have either a valid email address OR a mobile phone capable of using the Authenticator App or receiving texts.

Resetting Students Portal Password Or Unlocking Their Account
Students are able to reset their own passwords via the self-service reset option, but they need to have set up their account recovery method. Students can request a password reset via this form on the website: Request Technology Support | Shasta College

I don't see my timecard in MyShasta, what do I do?
If a temp/sub/student employee doesn't have access to their timecard, they or the department should contact HR to ensure they have processed their portion of the employee setup. Human Resources will be able to tell you if the process is being worked on in their area or if their portion is complete and has moved on to be further setup by the Payroll office.

How to Disable Passwordless Sign In - Authenticator
Open Authenticator App on your phone > Click your Shasta College account > Click the Gear in the top Right area of the screen > Click on the Disable phone sign in
