Missing I: and/or H: drive on laptop
If your I: and/or H: drive is missing on your laptop, please check that you have the mapnetworkdrivesI-H.exe icon located on your home screen and double-click to reconnect your missing drives. If you continue to experience issues, please submit a Help Desk ticket.

Missing I: and/or H: Drive on Desktop
If your I: and/or H: drive is missing on your desktop computer, please restart your computer to have the network drives reconnect at logon. If you continue to experience issues, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
