It is recommended that you regularly perform the following to keep your Production Org and list of forms accurate and ready for any future archival processing.   Please review the linked tip sheet for recommended best practices.

Dynamic Forms will only be visible in their respective queues for 2 years from the date they were submitted. Once a form has been in the same queue for 2 years (and this could be ANY queue...Archived, Processed, Multi Pending, etc.), it's removed from that queue and automatically loaded into the Warehouse. If you need to review/access those older forms, you will need search the Warehouse. First locate the Search bar at the very top of your admin home in Dynamic Forms and click the magnifying glass to open the search section. In the topmost field, I recommend only typing in the Last Name OR Student ID Number. (Lansing has been entered in the screenshot below) Select the Org OR Orgs that you need to search within. Select either Search by Form Item OR Search By Participant. Click the Warehouse check box. Click Search. You will be presented with the results of the search where you can view or download the PDF file or export the form details.
