The first time you log in to the Shasta Portal you will work through a series of steps to setup your account. Once you have performed the security steps, you will be directed to your Shasta Portal apps. MyShasta will be in your apps. 

To login to our Portal you will need the following information:

• You must know your Shasta College Username (staff format has no numbers: jsmith@shastacollege.edu)
  • If you do not know your username, please refer to the Welcome Letter you received during your onboarding. Check your spam/junk folder as oftentimes our emails are sent there.
    • If you cannot find a copy of your 'welcome email' please reach out to your supervisor as they were CC'd on your welcome email and they would have your initial login information as well.
  • You must have either a valid email address OR a mobile phone capable of using the Authenticator App or receiving texts.
