SARS Error Message: "Student ID is not valid"
Modified on: Wed, Dec 11 2024 4:48 PMIf you are attempting to make an appointment for a student and a pop up appears like the one below, this typically means that it is a newly applied student and the students application is not fully processed inside of Colleague.
Open Colleague
Open NAE and type in the student ID number, check the origin date on the screen, if it is today or within the past day or so, see if the students other areas are complete yet.
Open SACP and enter the student ID number, if you receive a screen similar to the one below, the students application is not fully complete. A program/major must be on file in order for the student to be able to pull into SARS for an appointment.
Open RGPE and type in the student ID number and the area for Academic Program will be blank.
Contact A&R to check on the status of the completion of this application.
