Issue:   A repeated course taken during a subsequent term/semester doesn't reflect it was repeated. 

• Solution:

This is fixed by going to STAC, entering the student ID#, detail into the class in question then select STRP. Then enter "..." to bring up a list of courses and detail into the empty field and select the passing grade. Then save out, go back into STRP, it should now show a replace Code of R (Replaced by Colleague). 

You can run the transcript to verify that the first course is showing "R" for repeat as shown below:
