How do I set PDF's to open in Adobe Reader or Adobe Pro?
My Adobe Reader Software is not working appropriately. All of my pdf’s are now opening in a Microsoft Edge or Google browser. How do I set PDF's to open in Adobe Reader? Changing the Default PDF Viewer in Windows 10 1. Click on Start Menu > Settings > System > Default Apps 2. Scroll down and select ‘Choose default Apps by file type‘ 3. Scroll down and look for .pdf on the left side, click on ‘Microsoft Edge‘ to select, once ‘Choose an app’ popup opens, select the application you want to set as default to open PDF file type (Adobe Reader OR Adobe Pro), done.

How to clear your browser cache (delete temporary internet files)
To ensure we are working from a clean slate, please click the following link to close all your Microsoft accounts as this may be causing a conflict: https://www.office.com/estslogout Then please close any open browser windows. Clear your cache with these specific instructions: Open a browser window, hold down these three keys on your keyboard: CTRL Shift Delete and this will bring up the menu to perform the action. When the menu box appears be sure to be on the Advanced tab and select the TIME RANGE option: ALL TIME. Then select the CLEAR DATA button. After it is complete, close your browser and reopen it.

How to Use an Incognito or Private Browser Window
Logging into systems can cause issues if a username/password are saved in your browser. We recommend if you are having issues logging in to open a private browser window or incognito window. Google Chrome: Open Google Chrome. Select the three dot icon in the upper-right corner. Select New Incognito window from the drop-down menu. A new window opens, usually darker colored than normal, showing Incognito at the top right. You will need to type in your username and password. Safari Open Safari Select File from the top menu bar Choose New Private Window. You can also input the keyboard shortcut Shift + Command + N Safari will open a new Private Browsing window You will need to type in your username and password You can open Incognito/Private windows in both Chrome and Safari on your phone as well.
